These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the live bingo platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please review each section carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing livebingo.pro, creating an account, or using any feature of the live bingo platform, you enter into a binding agreement with live bingo and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users in the Philippines and constitute the entire agreement between you and live bingo with respect to your use of the service. Any previous representations, agreements, or understandings — whether verbal or written — are superseded by these terms.
Use of the platform also implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The live bingo platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the service.
- You are located in the Philippines or are a Philippines-resident player accessing the platform.
- You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of live bingo staff.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
live bingo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If you cannot satisfactorily verify your age and identity, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed. Registration by or on behalf of an underage individual is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different credentials — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. live bingo will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. live bingo accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your account — is prohibited. Each account must be used solely by the registered individual.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
By using live bingo, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by live bingo.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or game software.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of games or betting markets.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
- Creating accounts in another person's name or using stolen payment credentials.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, platform staff, or support representatives.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or database associated with live bingo.
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on live bingo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. live bingo does not accept payments from third-party accounts — funds must be deposited from and withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions. live bingo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter at the discretion of live bingo. Verified withdrawals are processed in order of receipt. Priority processing is available to eligible VIP members as described in the VIP programme terms.
live bingo reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction where fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity is suspected. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity are not redeemable and will be permanently forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
live bingo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, live bingo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, delays in payment processing, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.
All content on the live bingo platform — including the brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, and written materials — is the intellectual property of live bingo or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party pages referenced for informational purposes. live bingo does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website. Visiting external links is at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
live bingo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a user has breached these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent behaviour, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any available balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of standard verification checks. Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy are processed separately and are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.
live bingo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published at livebingo.pro/terms-conditions with the updated date noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
